I would like to inform you that I will be retiring as a GP in the Carnissehuis from 1 November. I have made this choice,
because I am going to spend more time on how GPs can work well together with each other and with others.
I have enjoyed working in this practice for 9 years and I am also sorry to say goodbye to you, my patients and my colleagues.
Thank you for the trust you placed in me during the time I was your general practitioner.
If you would like to say hello in person, you are welcome to do so on Monday 1 November from 17:00 to 18:00 in the Carnisse House.

Due to the departure of Martine Uil, GP Amarant Troost will join me in the practice from 1 November.
Together with her and the familiar team of assistants and practitioners, we will continue to support you during your period of illness and work on a healthy lifestyle.
